Chapter 1 will focus on financial privacy, with a spotlight on the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and the California Financial Privacy Act (FIPA). Chapter 2 will discuss prohibited acts and the regulatory agencies responsible for the oversight of MLOS in California. This is an online self-study course.
